Experience Overview

Summary

Kalkidan Legesse is a successful business owner, having already established clothing store Sancho's in Exeter. Her next aspiration is to launch a 'circular fashion' website that allows customers and brands to resell clothing indefinitely, thus reducing the environmental impact of fast fashion.

This deployment was the first web and mobile iterations of her aspiration. Shwap is born. 

Brief

The primary objective of this brief was to produce prototypes for the web and mobile variations of an ecommerce website, based on requirements which formed the following key user journeys:

  • User Authentication

  • Onboarding

  • Marketplace & Buying an Item

  • Digital Warbrobe / Sell an Item

  • My Account

  • Admin Portal

My role

Principal UX consultant for Shwap via Methods Digital. Deployed to produce the all user journeys of a customer of Shwap, accessing the site on a desktop or mobile. The owner of the company was the key stakeholder and I reported directly to her. One developer worked on this accelerated proof of concept.
